STE is an independent technology partner for small and mid-sized businesses and larger enterprises in Indonesia. The firm works across infrastructure, software, security, and ongoing support, and takes on the full engagement rather than a single layer of it.
How the Firm Works
Each engagement begins with an assessment carried out on site, followed by a design suited to the business. Implementation is delivered by the same engineers who conducted the assessment, and support continues under an agreed service level for as long as the systems remain in use.
STE does not resell a fixed set of products, and its advice reflects that. Every recommendation is made against the business's own requirements, not a vendor's catalogue.

History
Founded in 2006 by a small group of network engineers in Jakarta, STE grew from network installation work into a broader technology practice as clients asked for more of their systems to be handled by one accountable team. The firm added software development in 2012 and a dedicated security and compliance practice in 2018, and now supports clients across Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan from its Jakarta office.
